MA Scholarships - Deadline 14 August 2020

The clock is ticking to apply for a scholarship to study on one of our postgraduate degrees in animation, games, 3D VFX, 2D VFX (compositing), and Storyboarding & Previsualisation.

At Escape Studios we offer a £8,000 scholarship to one applicant for each of our next 2020 postgraduate cohorts; significantly reducing the cost of a postgraduate degree in 2D VFX, 3D VFX, 3D Animation, Game Art or Storyboarding and Previsualisation.

Don't wait - apply now. The deadline is 14th August, but it's always good to be an early bird.

2019 scholars
Our 2019 scholars were announced last year.  We were very impressed with the quality of the portfolios we received:

• 3D VFX - Charis Avraam

• 3D Animation - Giada Carnevaletti
• Game Art - Will Brosch
• Storyboarding & Previsualisation - Molly Babington

Molly Babington has since gone on to direct the film "Moon Rockz", currently being entered into film festivals. You can read about the film here. Molly also has a story credit on two more students films: Animal Lover, and a storyboarding credit on Street Ratz.

MA Animation Scholarship
We offer a scholarship to one MA animation student, worth up to £8,000. You can find the details here.

Scholarship selection process
Based on each student's application and creative portfolio, Escape Studios' tutors will select a scholar for each course. The final scholarship winners will be notified prior to the start of the course.  Our tutors will make a decision based on the following criteria:

• the applicant's creative portfolio
• the applicant's personal statement
• the applicant's ability to excel on the degree programme

Our deadline is 14 August 2020 at 5pm for our September intake. Don't wait - apply now. The winners will be announced on 31st August.
