Meet "Punch", a short film created at Escape Studios,, written and directed by Niccolo Smaldone, and a collaboration between post-graduate students on the MA in Storyboarding & Previsualisation and animation. "Punch" is a short story about a forgotten theatre in a city park in which a mysterious character tries to tempt a young boy away from his mobile phone. The film has won two awards: "Best Micro Short" at the Vesuvius Film Festival, and Best First-Time Director at the Halicarnassus Film Festival. It was produced by Stevie Stedman.
