Mads Gould Production Asstnt at Playstation

Maddison Gould
Many congratulations to Escapee Maddison Gould who has just started a new job as a production assistant with Sony at the Playstation London Studio.

Playstation London was founded in 2002, and is located in the heart of Soho.  Their mission is to "pioneer new ways to tell stories and immerse the players in action, adventure and technology driven experiences."

Today, with around 100 employees, Playstation London continues to expand into VR and new entertainment experiences on PlayStation platforms.

Maddison graduated this summer from our BA in the Art of Computer Animation, where she specialised in animation production, and produced two award-winning films.

Home Sweet Home
Maddison worked on a number of highly successful group projects at Escape Studios, including the short film Home Sweet Home, which won the award for Best Student Animation at the 2019 British Animation Film Festival at the Empire Cinema in Leicester Square.

Directed by Maria Robertson and co-directed by Harry Pearson, Home Sweet Home fended off tough international competition to take home the prize.

Minuet
Maddison also produced the 3rd year animation project Minuet, which won Best Animation at the Golden Nugget Film Festival last week.

Playstation London initially approached Escape Studios, and we were able to match their needs with a graduate with the right skills.

Production Skills
Over the past three years Maddison has demonstrated her consistent ability to organise and run the animation production pipeline, ultimately delivering projects on time and on budget.
