Grant Orchard introduces Hey Duggee on 7 October

We're delighted to welcome Grant Orchard, the Oscar-nominated creator of "Hey Duggee" to our next "Evening With..." event at Escape Studios on Wednesday 7 October at 5.30pm. 

Grant Orchard will talk about his career in animation and especially about how he created the award-winning TV Series "Hey Duggee", first broadcast in 2014.

This "Evening With..." event is open to all our currently enrolled students. 

About Grant Orchard

Grant Orchard is a London based animator, with over 25 years’ experience directing, designing and writing for animation.  

Grant Orchard's work ranges from commercials for brands such as MTV, the Science Museum and Orange, to internationally acclaimed short films and long form work such as Hey Duggee - the TV show he created and directed with StudioAKA and the BBC.

Awards

Grant Orchard has won multiple awards - including Baftas, International Emmys, British Animation Awards and D&D Awards, as well as an Oscar nomination in 2012 for his short animated film "A Morning Stroll".  Hey Duggee is also the only children’s show ever to be given its own exhibition at the Design Museum.

Wednesday 7 October at 5.30pm at Escape Studios in the Breakout Space on the 10th Floor.  Currently enrolled Escape Studios students only.
