Rohnak Sharma wins "Best Creative" Award

Congratulations to Escapee Rohnak Sharma who has won the "Best Creative" Award among the graduating class of MArt Animation Students at Escape Studios.

Rohnak took our BA/MArt in Computer animation, staying for the fourth and final year to earn his MArt.  Rohnak contributed to many award-winning films, including Explosive Love, Freefall, Lucky Break, Good Soup and Same Day Delivery. 

Same Day Delivery

Same Day Delivery is a collaboration between animation, games and VFX students, working together to an industry brief - in this case a short film.  Directed by Rohnak Sharma  and produced by Jamie Bennett, "Same Day Delivery" offers a satirical take on the challenges of online orders, failed deliveries and menacing porch pirates.

Good Soup

Good Soup was directed by Jessa Timog-Santiago and produced by Iulineia Filip.  Good Soup was made using Maya, Substance Painter, and Unreal Engine. The editor was Rohnak Sharma.

Explosive Love

Explosive Love  was directed by Alba Rodriguez and produced by Rohnak Sharma.  "Explosive Love" tells the story of a lonely puffer fish looking for love - in an unlikely place. 

Lucky Break

Lucky Break was directed by Victoria Stoykova, edited by Rohnak Sharma, and produced by Adewale Ogunbekun.  Lucky Break was a collaboration between undergraduate animation and vfx students, working together to create an original story.

Freefall

Freefall was written and directed by Jessa Timog-Santiago, co-directed by Rohnak Sharma, and produced by Sebastian Petre. Alex Maynard was the lead animator and CG supervisor.
