Escape Studios Animators Visit Cinesite

Animation short course students with tutor Simone Giampaolo
Our Short Course Animation Students are visiting Cinesite today, to get feedback from one of London's leading animation and VFX houses.

Cinesite Head of animation Eamonn Butler will be personally reviewing our students' work, giving them feedback and notes.

The journey of our short course animators is not over. Their first cut of their demo reels will be just that - a first cut, and they will continue to polish and perfect their work as they apply for work in the industry.

Cinesite
Cinesite kindly agree to be our industry mentors for the animation short course, helping our students to develop and polish their skills.

Cinesite's Head of Animation Eamonn Butler has been a regular guest at Escape Studios in recent years, explaining the animation pipeline at Cinesite and how students can break into the animation industry.

Escape Studios aftercare
After finishing their studies at Escape Studios, our short course students have access to the studios and computer equipment for a full year, and they also have access to the animation tutors, and studio assistants, for ongoing support and feedback. That way we can ensure our students are job-ready, and prepared for industry.

Entering the industry
The animation industry is booming, and there has never been a better time to break in. That said, successful candidates need to have industry-level skills; and this means a great demo reel, as well as a well-polished CV, a positive attitude at interview, and good inter-personal skills.
