Sebastien Foucan
We're delighted to welcome Parkour founder Sebastien Foucan to Escape Studios on Monday 14 March at 10am.

Sebastien Foucan is the founder of the Foucan Academy and also one of the founders of the Parkour Movement, the athletic training discipline in which practitioners move in the most fluid way possible.

Sebastien understands what makes a great action scene, and will help our students choose the right action for the right circumstance.

Sebastian will discuss which movements work and which don’t work - if you want to keep pulses racing throughout a scene.  He will also talk about how best to frame and action shot in the camera to get the best impact.

Sebastien will talk us through some of the decisions he made when shooting Parkour scenes for Casino Royale - as well as other film work.

Where and When
Sebastien Foucan's talk at Escape Studios will take place at 190 High Holborn on the 3rd floor on Monday 14 March at 10am. All our students are welcome.
