"Seeker" Wins "Best Trailer" at Bucharest

"Seeker" wins "Best Trailer" at Bucharest
Many congratulations to Escapee Rassoul Edji, whose short film "Seeker" has won "Best Trailer" at the Bucharest Shortcut Cinefest.

This is the fifth festival win for "Seeker", a short sci-fi film directed by Rassoul Edji, about a giant robot running amok in suburban England.

About "Seeker"
"Seeker" was directed by Rassoul Edji, produced by Tosin Ogunleye, and overseen by supervising tutors Jonathan McFall and Allar Kaasik.

The live action shoot on Seeker was filmed in a modernist villa in Kent, just before Lockdown 1.0 in March 2020.

Festival Success
Five festival wins for "Seeker"

This is the fifth festival award for "Seeker", which won "Best VFX" at the Flicks Film Festival in London, Best Low Budget Film at the Assurdo Film Festival in Milan, "Best Short" at Lisbon Film Fest, and "Best Cinematography" at the European Film Festival.  The film was also a finalist in the 2020 Rookies, and was nominated for Best Director at the Prague Film Festival.
