Introducing Sköll Aurora, the latest short film created by our third year graduating class of 2D animation students at Escape Studios. Sköll Aurora is a story about light re-entering a dark and desolate world; it was written and directed by Mahamat Souleymane and produced by Amos Mathias.
Sköll Aurora
Sköll Aurora is a story about a dark and desolate world. A black sun has petrified the people leaving no signs of life.
A single wolf is unaffected by the black sun; the wolf journeys through the land and makes contact with a special petrified angel. As they make contact, the petrified souls are freed, and light is brought back to the world.
Software
Sköll Aurora was animated in Toonboom Harmony and edited in Premiere Pro.
