Meet the growing Motion Graphics team at Escape Studios. Motion Graphics is a key part of the animation industry, an expanding area of jobs and creativity.  

Our new Master's Degree in Motion Graphics (just launched) teaches the art of motion graphics as well as the underlying theory and structure.

In September 2025 we launch our new BA/MArt in Motion Graphics, offering an undergraduate study route for the first time.  

We also offer an Evening Class in Motion Graphics for part-time distance learners. 

All our tutors come from industry, with experience in 2D and 3D Motion Graphics. 

Daniel Amor
Daniel Amor
Daniel Amor teaches our new Short Course and MA in Motion Graphics, launched in March 2025. 

Daniel Amor is an experienced Motion Graphics Artist who has also worked extensively in the VFX industry.  

Daniel took our 12 week animation course at Escape Studios and has worked on many animation and VFX hits, including Hunger Games, Black Panther and Marvels.

Daniel brings expertise in Autodesk Maya, Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D, and teaches both 2D and 3D Motion Graphics.

Bella Cologlu

Bella Cologlu
Bella Cologlu teaches 3D Motion Graphics to our students at Escape Studios taking our Evening Class in Motion Graphics at Escape Studios.

Bella Cologlu is an animator and designer from London. Bella has collaborated over the past eight years with many clients and studios in the U.S. and the U.K; including Apple, MPC, Territory Studios, Art&Graft, Nexus Studios, Dash Studio, Snapchat and Golden Wolf.

Bella is currently working as a freelance motion graphics designer in her south Wimbledon studio.  Bella is very experienced with Cinema4d and has been using the software for more than ten years.

Ed Brown
Edmund Brown
Edmund "Ed" Brown is one of our key Motion Graphics tutors; he teaches Cinema 4D and for many years led our 12 Week Course in Motion Graphics at Escape Studios.

Ed is a CG Generalist and Motion Designer working in broadcast and entertainment visuals, as well as West End theatre work. 

Ed in trained in video production, media studies, film and video and digital screen arts.  Ed began his career as a 2D animator, and now specialises in motion graphics in Cinema 4D.

Ed made the switch from 2D character animation to 3D digital art, focusing on Cinema 4D, now industry-standard software for motion graphics work.

Adam Bennett
Adam Bennett
Adam Bennett teaches motion graphics at Escape Studios - a key part of the animation pipeline, and a booming area of jobs and creativity. 

Adam has over 15 years experience working in the motion graphics industry, creating work for clients such as Paramount, HSBC, BT, Sony, Sky, Universal, Conde Nast, Warner Brothers, VISA and ITV.

Adam started his career working in DVD menu design, winning BVA awards for best menu design in 2009 and 2010 for Son of Rambo and Monty Python: Almost the Truth.
Our next Motion Graphics 12 Week Evening Course is taught by experienced industry professionals, and aims to prepare students for careers in the motion graphic and motion design industries.

What is Motion Graphics?

Industries as diverse as broadcast, games, web, advertising and UX/UI all use some form of motion design to communicate with their audiences.  

Motion design is a rapidly-evolving discipline that combines animation and design principles to create compelling moving image content.  This course introduces students to the theory and practice of creating motion graphics.

Software
Software includes Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Maxon Cinema 4D and Redshift.  

Bella specialises in 3D Motion Graphics in Cinema 4D.
