Void is one of the latest short films from our third year undergraduate animation students at Escape Studios.
This is its fourth festival award.

About VOID
Void tells the story of an encounter with a mysterious black cat on the London Underground. "Void" was directed by Kaya Akinci, edited and produced by Luis Yarroll
Studio Project
Void was completed as part of Studio Module PR6001, a collaborative module in which third-year animation students work together on short film projects, simulating as closely as possible the environment and pipeline of a real animation studio, with feedback and support from industry partners Industrial Light and Magic.
Software
The short was animated in Maya, rendered in Unreal Engine, and edited in Adobe Premiere Pro.
