Directed by Escapee Sebastian Kuder, Planet Mars was completed as part of the second year of animation studies at Escape Studios, in Module PR5001, a Studio Project Module in which students collaborate to produce a short film.

Planet Mars is an animated mockumentary created and animated by 2nd year animation students at Escape Studios. It was directed by Sebastian Kuder and produced by Katerina Zacharakis. To find out what really happened to life on planet Mars - watch the short film below.

Planet Mars was mentored by London VFX powerhouse Framestore, who gave up 6 successive Fridays to come in to our classroom and offer feedback and notes to our students. Many thanks to Framestore, and in particular to Head of Global Talent Andrew Schlussel and Lead Animator Oz Gani for their tireless support.
