About Home Sweet Home
Home Sweet Home is a short film about a gang of sweets trying to make it back to their sweet shop home.  Directed by 3rd year undergraduate animator Maria Robertson, co-directed by Harry Pearson and produced by Maddison Gould, Home Sweet Home won the award for Best Student Animation at the 2019 British Animation Film Festival, Best Animation at the 2019 Film One Fest, and was screened at the 2019 BFI London Film Festival.

VFX Project
Home Sweet Home is a short film about friendship and family. The film was a collaboration between three departments: Animation, 3D VFX, and Compositing. Working in a team, our students pulled together to deliver a strong piece of work, showing what can be done when students collaborate successfully on group projects.

Escape Method
Team project work forms a part of what we call the The Escape Method - our own unique blend of individual personal tuition, online tutorials & industry feedback, and group project work - all of which combines to bring our students to a professional level of skill.
