Will Smith Animator at Lipsync Post

Many congratulations to Escapee Will Smith who started a new job last week as a junior animator at Lipsync Post, working on a live-action feature film. Will started his animation career here at Escape Studios working as a Studio Assistant, but was quickly snapped up by Lipsync Post in their hunt for rising animation talent. We're sorry to lose him - but delighted to celebrate his success.

Will Smith
Will joins Dave Novis, who also took our short course in 3D animation last year, and started work at Lipsync a couple of weeks ago, as well as first year undergraduate Daniel Baidoo, who started work at Lipsync Post this summer as an intern.

Will is an excellent animator who combines a thorough understanding of Maya and the 3D animation tools with a great sense of entertainment and comic timing.  Congratulations to him on his first animation job.

You can see more of Wil'ls work at his website here.
