La Salle Exchange
Montse joined us from La Salle in Barcelona, where we have benefited from an annual exchange programme. Montse had this to say about working on Sweet Heart: "Being Animation Lead allowed me to develop my soft skills and learn how to manage a team. I’m also very grateful to our producer Manos Zervoudakis. Manos had a very professional attitude and he made sure all the deadlines were met. The team work was great in my project group and it really gave me a taste of what working in a studio is like. I also appreciated the feedback sessions with ILM; they really helped us to improve our project."
