Follow the steps below to render a sequence in Arnold:
1. Render Settings/Common Tab/File name – name your file
2. Image format: jpeg
3. Colour space: Use View Transform
4. Frame/Anim/Ext name.#.ext
5. Select start and end frames - How long is your shot?
6. Frame padding to 4
7. Render to ShotCamera
8. Render HD720
9. Render/Render Sequence/Options Box

Export Movie File From Premiere Pro
Once you have exported your still images, you will need to import them into Premiere Pro and export them as a movie file.
