Boring But Important - Printing & Scanning

Xerox copier, printer & scanner
The Xerox printer/photocopiers at our 190 High Holborn campus are best accessed through Mobile Printing, available to all our students. Fortunately, it's pretty easy. To print a document, first email your file(s) as an attachment to mobileprint.emea@pearson.com. You will then receive an email with a six digit code.

To print it out, go to any networked printer and select Mobile Printing from the display panel. Enter your six digit code, and select Print.

Print jobs can be sent from anywhere (at home - even on the train) and from any device (mobile, tablet, laptop - whatever), and the print job will be stored for up to 48 hours. Note that the codes remain the same for all print jobs sent from the same email address, and to print a webpage, first save the page as a PDF or screenshot image. That's it! Simples!

What about scanning?
You can also scan documents and images from the Xerox machine and send them to yourself.  Select the email function (just press the big button marked email) and enter your email address. Then go into Advanced Settings, select the resolution (300dpi is standard) and select a JPG or a PDF. You also need to select the scan size, ie A3 or A4.  Then press the big green button on the photocopier to complete the job.
