Free Virtual Reality Showcase at BFI IMAX until 18 October

"Virtual Stories" is a Virtual Reality Showcase currently exhibiting at London's BFI IMAX until 18 October.  Sixteen projects from some of the world’s greatest VR creators are on display.

Is VR the next big thing? It's been around for a while, but the technology has never quite been there to make the dream a reality. Now, perhaps, things are changing.  Come and see the very latest in virtual reality and immersive storytelling at this free exhibition at BFI IMAX.

What is on display?

Some of the best in Virtual Reality. If you're new to VR, and wondering what this "next big thing" in technology might lead to - this is your chance to get a window into the future.

On display is the "latest in virtual reality and immersive storytelling at this free exhibition at BFI IMAX.  Audience members will "experience an immersive journey into the world of VR stories, spanning fiction, documentary, animation and art." The exhibition will feature Gear VR powered by GALAXY S6.

Who is putting on the show?
Power to the Pixel, in partnership with the 59th BFI London Film Festival, is presenting Virtual Stories until 18 October.

Where and when is it showing?
Virtual Stories is on at BFI IMAX, 1st Floor, 1 Charlie Chaplin Walk, London SE1 8XR
The exhibition will run at BFI IMAX from Saturday 10 October until Sunday 18 October and is open at the following times.
Monday – Friday: 13.00 – 21.00
Saturday – Sunday: 11.00 – 19.00

How much does it cost?
Nothing. It's free! The exhibition is supported by Samsung, The Third Floor, Virtually Mine and The Arts Council
