Sebastian Petre wins "Most Improved Player" Award

Congratulations to Escapee Sebastian Petre who has won the "Most Improved Player" Award at the Escape Studios Graduation Showcase, among the graduating MArt class of students.

Sebastian Petre is an animator and rigging artist who studied the Art of Computer Animation at Escape Studios. 

Sebastian has also won over two dozen festival awards for the many award-winning films he worked on.

Meet Luciferin, the latest short film created at Escape Studios by our graduating class of VFX artists. Directed by Jake Roberts and produced by Bruno Urzi,  Luciferin was a collaboration between 2D and 3D VFX Students, working together to create a short film.  In Luciferin, a scientist wakes up disoriented and confused following a mysterious accident; as he recovers his senses, he encounters a shocking entity - and must confront a horror of his own creation.

Introducing "Freefall"

 

Introducing "Freefall", the latest short film created at Escape Studios. "Freefall" was written and directed by Jessa Timog-Santiago, and produced by Sebastian Petre.  Alex Maynard was Lead Animator and CG Supervisor.  Freefall was created as part of a group project by second-year animation students, working together as a team.
