Escape Studios is delighted to congratulate the 48 Escapees who contributed to Oscar-nominated movies this year, including Poor Things, Guardians of the Galaxy, and The Zone of Interest. 

Congratulations to all our Escapees whose work contributed so much to the success of these amazing films - we are proud of you all. 

2023 Oscars

63 Escapees at the 2023 Academy Awards

In 2023 Escape Studios congratulated the 63 Escapees who contributed to Oscar-nominated movies that year, including Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, The Batman (2022) and Elvis.

30 Escapees worked on Wakanda Forever, and 12 Escapees worked on  The Batman (2022). 

2022 Oscars

71 Escapees at The 2022 Academy Awards

2022 was also a good year for graduates of Escape Studios. At the 2022 Oscars, 71 of our Escapees worked on the 2022 Oscar-nominated films.

Among the Escapees who worked on No Time To Die was Escapee Tom De Landsheere, who described the experience: "No Time to Die has been a great project to work on. I think the film looks stunning and I am really proud of the sequences we delivered with the team at Cinesite.  My role was as a Lighting TD so I worked on multiple sequences. My main challenge was lighting the lethal gas in the scene where Bond and Paloma are infiltrating a Spectre party."
