Among these are listed the creative industries, suggesting that our Government will continue to offer support to the business of - among other things - animation, games and visual effects.
Of course, this is nothing new. Under David Cameron's government, Chancellor George Osbourne negotiated a 20% producer tax credit for TV Animation, which has led to a huge increase in TV animation production in this country.
One of the most common questions we get asked by students looking to take our courses is "will I get a job?". It's an impossible question to answer (at least in individual cases), but here at Escape Studios we can be more confident than ever that we are teaching students to right skills, and that the industry is expanding to accommodate fresh talent.
We are entering a golden age of creative work in this country, and our students are well placed to take advantage of it.
