"Joe"
In this module our animation and VFX students join forces to produce a visual effects (VFX) project, with three months to take the project from initial pitch to final render.
The lead animator was Jack Thompson, and cinematography was by Clement Gharini. The 3D VFX Lead was Alfie Mitchell, and the Compositing Lead was George Randall.
"Draw"
Draw was produced by Conway Dobbs, and the lead animator was Maciej Osuch - who in 2019 directed the award-winning short Golden Acorn. The 3D VFX Lead was Jake Newton and the 2D VFX Lead was Christopher Fernandes.
Tickets for Forest Film Club Festival
The Forest Film Club Festival in East London takes place at The Birds in Leytonstone, on Thursday 27th February 2020. The prize is an audience award - the audience choose their favourite short film of the night.

Escape Studios Festival News
Many other films from Escape Studios are in festivals over the coming weeks. Award-winning Offcut, a musical odyssey set inside a luthier's workshop, has been selected for the Wimbledon Library Film Club on April 19th.

Adam & Eve Mk II Multi-award-winning "Adam & Eve Mk II", directed by Sebastian Kuder, has been selected for five new festivals:

Offcut, directed by Petroc Menuhin, which follows the adventures of a discarded scrap of wood who comes to life and finds meaning in music, will be screened at two festivals:

Golden Acorn directed by Maciej Osuch has been selected for the Bucharest ShortCut CineFest which takes place in Bucharest on 16th April 2020.
Multi-award winning Home Sweet Home, directed by Maria Robertson, is in four upcoming festivals:
